My dear friend, I know that you are doing well spiritually. So I pray that everything else is going well with you and that you are enjoying good health.
Heal the sick. Bring the dead back to life. Heal the people who have leprosy. And force demons out of people. I give you these powers freely, so help others freely.
You should know that your body is a temple for the Holy Spirit that you received from God and that lives in you. You don't own yourselves. God paid a very high price to make you his. So honor God with your body.
Don't trust in your own wisdom, but fear and respect the Lord and stay away from evil. If you do this, it will be like a refreshing drink and medicine for your body.
Training your body helps you in some ways. But devotion to God helps you in every way. It brings you blessings in this life and in the future life too.
